MSI-3460 Challenger 3 Crane Scale

The MSI-3460 with ScaleCore measurement module provides industry leading weighing features of previous Challenger designs plus much more. Long range viewing is enhanced with a larger 1.5 inch (38 millimeter) ultra-bright LED digital display and resolution settings of up to 10,000 divisions for precise 0.1 percent loading accuracy. Product operating time is extended to over 80 plus hours with a single six-volt rechargeable battery. The original signature Challenger packaging has been upgraded to NEMA Type 4/IP65 levels. Manufactured in the USA in strict compliance with the highest safety standards, Challenger continues to sustain minimum 200 percent safe and 500 percent ultimate load ratings.

A ScaleCore electronics retrofit kit is available for upgrading existing MSI-3260 or MSI-3360 Challengers to new generation MSI-3460.

MSI-4260 Port-A-Weigh Crane Scale

After three decades of production, added advancements, and thousands of worldwide installations, the next generation Port-A-Weigh embedded with ScaleCore technology continues to reign as the industry standard. Along with Port-A-Weigh, the MSI product offering features the most comprehensive line of industrial crane scales and specialized overhead weighing solutions. For medium- to heavy-capacity and duty-cycle needs, the MSI-4260 meets or exceeds all industrial safety requirements, including OSHA, ANSI and ASME and is an economical choice for many bridge crane, foundry, and in-process material handling needs.

MSI-7300 Dyna-Link 2 Tension Dynamometer

Dyna-Link 2 is lighter and more portable than its predecessor. It interfaces with industry-standard Crosby® shackles and a variety of accessories and options, including wireless connectivity with the MSI-8000 and 8000HD RF remote display. Long-range viewing is enhanced by a large six-digit, 1 inch (25.4 mm) LCD display with resolution settings up to 5,000 divisions and precision accuracy over a wide range of capacities.

Dyna-Link 2 is constructed of high-grade, aircraft-quality aluminum with an anodized finish and gasket sealing to ensure NEMA 4/IP65 rated environmental protection. Peak digital processing with low power consumption provides up to 300 hours of operation from standard common batteries during typical use. The optional MSI-8000 RF remote display provides full-function remote control of Dyna-Link 2 features up to distances of 100 feet (30m). An integrated serial port offers interface capabilities with data collection devices.

MSI-9300HT Hi-Torque Port-A-Weigh Plus CellScale™ RF Crane Scale

The MSI-9300HT is a unique crane scale configuration specially designed for heavy capacity coil handling applications, up to 35 tons. A fixed hook is featured for interface compatibility with crane hooks equipped with powered rotation and where high torque conditions exist between the crane hook and load.

The MSI-9300HT (high-torque) crane scale combines an integrated weight display with advanced wireless data processing capability providing versatile solutions in overhead industrial weighing applications. The MSI-9300HT merges advanced CellScale™ technology with world-renowned crane scale designs providing local and remote control capabilities along with connectivity with plant information systems. The MSI-9300 HT features industrial-grade, shock-mounted electronics, watertight packaging and a large, ultra-bright display. Integrated CellScale technology offers the ability to effectively monitor and control single or multiple crane scales from multiple locations throughout plant operations. The MSI-9300HT is available in addition to RF modems for wireless connectivity with peripheral computers and scoreboards. Optional 802.11b/g Ethernet connectivity is also supported for adaptation and integration with existing plant information systems.
