Scales can lose calibration due to general wear and tear, being moved from one location to another, user error, among many other factors. We only use certified test weights, and you will receive a certificate for your scale after a successful calibration.

Preventative Maintenance allows for potential issues to be caught ahead of time and ensures your scales are as accurate as possible. Issues and repairs found on PM visits can range from a mildly damaged wire to unsound foundation. While our technicians are on site, they also calibrate the equipment to verify that the scale is weighing accurately.

Typically, customers opt for a quarterly or semi-annual PM visit, however the frequency needed can vary depending on the scale and its application and/or use level. These service orders are automatically generated in our system so you can rest assured you are on the schedule when needed and your certificates are always current.
